WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT OPEN?

Comic Con Liverpool opens at the same time over the course of the weekend this time is as follows:

Saturday Early Entry: 9.00am

Saturday Standard Entry: 11.00am

Saturday Closing: 6.00pm

DO YOU HAVE CAR PARKING? 

The temporary Liverpool Waterfront Car Park is now open near to Exhibition Centre Liverpool off Queen's Wharf. On-site car parking is limited and is available on a first-come first-served basis. Accessible car parking is available on site. Additional car parking is also available nearby, with 3,000 spaces spread across three sites. Each car park is secure and open 24 hours.

DO YOU HAVE A CASH MACHINE?

There are no cash machines at the venue. Although there is limited cash back available to customers on a first come, first served basis, guests are strongly encouraged to bring cash if this is their preferred method of payment for autographs, photographs and trader stalls. Card payment is also accepted and the venue’s outlets such as food and beverage are all cashless.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?

Access to fast Internet has become an essential part of our everyday lives. Exhibition Centre Liverpool has been designed with cutting edge Internet infrastructure built-in. Wi-Fi Internet connectivity is available throughout the venue, fast and free. For an even faster, premium Wi-Fi service, you can easily upgrade for an additional charge.

DOES THE VENUE OFFER DISABLED ACCESS?

There are food and drink options available throughout Exhibition Centre Liverpool with a very good selection at very good prices.

There are various accommodation options throughout the Waterfront area.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED FIRST AID?

If you have or witness a medical emergency during the event, please find, a member of the Exhibition Centre Liverpool staff or a Comic Con Liverpool volunteer who will assist you in finding medical care.

 

DO YOU HAVE BABY CHANGING FACILITIES?

Exhibition Centre Liverpool has baby changing facilities throughout the toilets in the centre, they have also achieved the  Breastfeeding Mayoral Quality Mark from Liverpool Bambis.  As a venue, they welcome babies to be breastfed in any public area of these premises and a mother who is breastfeeding will not be asked to move or stop breastfeeding. They understand that some women prefer privacy when breastfeeding and a room will be allocated on request to allow a mother visiting Comic Con Liverpool to breastfeed in private.

 

CAN I SMOKE AT THE VENUE?

Exhibition Centre Liverpool has a strict no smoking policy, anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave without a refund. The use of electronic cigarettes is also strictly prohibited in the venue and anyone caught using one will again be asked to leave the premises.
